Free emergency medical services on Skyway

Skyway System operator, Skyway O&M Corporation (SOMCO), strengthens its capability to provide faster, more efficient emergency medical service (EMS) to motorists within its jurisdiction through a partnership with EMS provider Lifeline Rescue, which will dispatch well-trained staff and vehicles to support and assist in emergency situations in Skyway System’s Buendia-Bicutan elevated section and the Magallanes-Alabang at-grade section.Inset shows SOMCO officer-in-charge Ramon M. Borromeo and Lifeline Rescue managing director Michael H. Deakin during the signing of the partnership contract.

Motorists are now assured of faster, more efficient response to their emergency needs within the Skyway system.

Skyway O&M Corporation (SOMCO) recently inked a deal with emergency medical service (EMS) provider Lifeline Ambulance Rescue Inc. (Lifeline Rescue).

The partnership aims to provide free EMS, along with an adequate number of vehicles and properly trained staff who will attend to motorists who were involved in accidents or who suffered other medical situations while traveling along the Skyway's elevated portion from Buendia in Makati City to Bicutan in Parañaque City, and the at-grade section from Magallanes in Makati City to Alabang in Muntinlupa City.

SOMCO officer-in-charge Ramon M. Borromeo and Lifeline Rescue managing director Michael Deakin signed the partnership contract.
